World Sports: Fati s transfer differences lie in the salary ratio, Monaco is willing to bear up to 40%
"World Sports" published an article talking about the progress of Fati's transfer to Monaco. Fatti's future is still unclear, but in recent hours, Barcelona restarted negotiations with Monaco in an attempt to break a deal that was stalemate due to huge economic divisions. The main obstacle at present is the share of players' salaries. Barcelona originally wanted Monaco to bear 80% of the striker's salary, while the opponent was only willing to pay 30%. After a few days of stalemate, both sides realized that the problem must be resolved as soon as possible and have begun to push for negotiations. People around the players admitted that next week will be decisive and Fati, who ended his vacation, will need to return to Barcelona to finalize his future. The agreement still has details to be discussed. Barcelona initially proposed a direct transfer, but eventually accepted a loan plan with a forced buyout clause. Monaco insists that the buyout clause should be non-mandatory, and this possibility is gradually being accepted by all parties. The specific buyout amount has not been determined yet, and the current discussion of about 15 million euros is still indefinitely. However, the core difference is still the salary distribution, and although Barcelona had hoped that Monaco would bear the full salary, the current trend is directed to a more balanced allocation. The Ligue 1 club refused to pay more than 40% of its salary, which means Barcelona will have to bear the remaining 60%, a condition that is still under negotiation. Barcelona has a tough attitude and emphasized that if Monaco really wants to sign Fati, it must increase the investment ratio. It should be noted that Fati urgently needs to complete the transfer in June to enjoy tax benefits in the Principal of Monaco. He needs to prove that he lives in the local area for at least 183 days a year, which requires him to complete his settlement within this month.
