TA: Chelsea and Bayern both like Simmons, but have not yet talked to Leipzig
The Athletic reported that Chelsea has inquired about Xavi Simmons and other players and prepared multiple plans for potential departures this summer. At present, Chelsea and RB Leipzig have not yet entered into formal negotiations on Xavi Simmons, and any transfer will be based on the player's departure. Bayern Munich is also interested in Simmons. Since Musiara was injured, Bayern has contacted the player team, but has also not started negotiations between clubs. Arsenal put Simmons and Eze on the same list of potential targets, but news that Envanelli is close to renewing the contract reduces the urgency of the Gunners to signing in this position. As the Envanéri contract negotiations entered the final stages, informal contacts with both players have slowed.
