Italian goalkeeper Sportiello posted a farewell to Milan after joining Atlanta.

Sportiello, 33, joined Milan in 2023 and served as the team's substitute goalkeeper, making 12 appearances for Milan in two seasons. Atlanta officially announced its signing with Sportiello on Friday, and Milan also introduced Terraciano as the team's substitute goalkeeper.

Sportiello said: "Dear Milan, I say these words because I want to thank you. I have had an unforgettable moment here. Thanks to my teammates, staff, and the club for giving me this opportunity, and I also want to thank the Milan fans. It is an honor to be able to play in San Siro, and I can feel your love and passion for this jersey. Marco Sportiello."
