High intensity! As: Barcelona trains 10 times this week, and they train two times a day on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
According to the Ass, Barcelona's summer training was high-intensity at the beginning and would train 10 times a week. Barcelona's summer training began last Sunday. A total of 35 players (including 10 reserve team teenagers) underwent routine physical examinations before the season, including cardiac examinations, blood tests, urine tests, dental examinations, etc. Ass said that Barcelona coach Frick hopes to conduct high-intensity training from the beginning and will have 10 training sessions in the next week. At 17pm on Monday, the entire Barcelona team will weigh their weight, start training for about two hours from 18:00, then have dinner in the training base, and then go home. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, the training is conducted twice a day. In order to avoid high temperatures, the morning training is conducted at 8:30 and the afternoon training is conducted at 17:00. On Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, the team trained in the morning and had a rest in the afternoon. Of course, if coach Frick sees Barcelona players too tired or wants to reward players for training hard, the training plan for this preliminary plan may also change. For example, canceling training on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning may become a reward for the team.
