Bild: A short circuit in a neighbor’s shed caused a fire in the home of Bayern legend Sauer, but all the residents were safe
According to "Bild", the home of 55-year-old Bayern star Mehmet Sauer suffered a fire. The media revealed that a fire broke out in the Munich residence of the 1996 European Cup champion in the early morning of Wednesday local time. Bild has learned that Sauer's parking shed was set ablaze due to a short circuit in a neighbor's trash can shed. Both shacks were burned, but the adjacent residence was not affected. All residents are safe and can return to their residences after being handled by the fire department. Sauer did not respond to Bild's request for comment.
