On June 29, 2017, Bogdan signed with the Sacramento Kings and officially joined the NBA. On November 26, 2020, Bogdan joined the Atlanta Hawks. In March 2023, Bogdanovic and the Eagles reached a four-year contract renewal worth $68 million. On February 7, 2025, Bogdanovic was traded to the Clippers.

In the 2024-25 season, Bogdan played 54 games, averaging 25.0 minutes per game, scoring 10.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 0.8 steals, with a shooting percentage of 42.7/36.3/87.9% in three events. At the national team level, at the Paris Olympics, Bogdan helped Serbia win the third place.
