Perkins: The Celtics rebuild & Cavaliers don t believe it. The Knicks are now the best team in the East

Recently, commentator Perkins said on the show that he believes the Knicks are the best team in the East now.

"In my opinion, they (the Knicks) are indeed the strongest team in the East," Perkins said. "The Celtics are now in reconstruction mode.
