Hax talks about poor performance last season: he will reflect on himself and figure out what aspects of improvement

Today, the Heat held a new season media day event, during which Hax was interviewed.

Talking about his focus after his poor second season, Hax said: "I will reflect on myself and figure out what I need to do to achieve improvement. Sometimes you may become your biggest enemy and let negative emotions trap yourself."

Jaime Hax Jr. is about to start his third season, and last season he averaged 8.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. The Heat had previously executed the fourth year of his rookie contract, worth $5.94 million.
