Of course (laughs), they are working hard. But we need to sign the right players, not only quantity, but also quality. I came to Leverkusen to coach because I was confident that the club’s board of directors signed the right players.

Do you have a priority signing position?

Of course there are priorities, but I will consider this issue with the sports director, the lineup planning team, and the scout team, and they are working on it every day.
