According to reporter Longo, Milan is accelerating its pursuit of Bonifas.

Longo wrote on social media: "Last night Tare had dinner with Allegri to discuss the transfer market. After sending negative signals about Hoylen's transfer this morning, Milan accelerated its pursuit of Bonifas (Dimazio reported in advance): Milan has reached an agreement with the players and is negotiating with Leverkusen to deal with a buyout option on loan."
