Kane: I would say I m in top form and I hope I can continue to do so

In the 8th round of Group K of the European Group Stage of the World Cup Qualifiers, England played 5-0 away to Latvia and advanced to the World Cup main draw 2 rounds ahead of schedule. In an interview with ITV after the game, England captain Kane said that he would say that he was in the best condition.

About current feelings

- We have entered another event. I've said it before, we make it look easy but every game is going to be tough. We have to stay focused, no matter who we face, we have to set the bar high and maintain the momentum we have and we have shown that this week.

"Qualified early with two games to go, kept a clean sheet and played some fantastic football. All we needed was to focus on the opponent in front of us and we've done that very well so far. I know Tuchel said after the last game that the support from the fans wasn't enough, but I don't think you can criticize our away supporters."

Are you at your best?

- I will say this, the numbers are there and the way I feel on the field, my understanding of the passing game and the run game, it shows that I'm in a good moment and hopefully I can continue to do that.
